In this episode Abbie shares how she had always wanted to run her own business but felt that she lacked the business acumen and knowledge to do that. It took a nervous breakdown, ill health, loosing everything she had created over many years to be the push she needed to finally take that last step. I cannot thank Abbie enough for talking so openly about what happened to her, and for being so generous with her time and top tips.
